Online Training

This cost-effective training opportunity allows you to enroll new employees in intensive training sessions, or seasoned ones to keep pace with new features and enhancements. On-site Training
The on-site training program is offered for any country in the world. It is a particularly cost-effective approach when training small or large groups of employees. Our trainers are highly proficient in the use of all our software as well as savvy in the day-to-day operations of the pet care industry. Training sessions are scheduled for a set of days convenient to you, your staff, and your business, including evenings and weekends.
Operations Assessment
With our operations assessment program we can get your institution to get started on the right track. New and old businesses can both benefit from this program. Our pet care specialists will review your business practices and ensure your goals are consistent with the ways K9 Bytes® Software products are being used. An operations Assessment may be a one-time event, but it can also be treated as a continuous process in which pet care organizations can continually seek to challenge their practices. Operations assessment is included if needed as part of our training programs, and available for both online and on-site sessions. A typical assessment session takes about 30 minutes to complete.
