The Credit Card processing module replaces the stand-alone terminal at your front desk. When a clerk checks out a guest, all of the required information (check-in/out dates, folio number, amount) is calculated and transmitted to your merchant services processor through your high-speed internet connection. Authorizations are obtained in under 30 seconds!

Look out for software vendors that do not use secure payment technology. We use software certified to be in compliance with all Card Association regulations and recognized by Visa USA as compliant with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS).
Allow only certain security-level employees to access credit card information.
Credit card access and failed attempts are logged into a security log report.
Once credit card information is filled in employees will be able to see only the last for digits of the credit card.
